About Rada Medical Trust
Radha Medical Trust is a dedicated charitable organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for elderly individuals. Our mission is to ensure that no elderly person is deprived of essential needs such as food, medicine, and shelter. We strive to create a compassionate and supportive community where senior citizens can live with dignity and comfort. Registered under Section 80G, donations to our trust are eligible for tax exemptions, making it easier for supporters to contribute to our cause.
We take pride in organizing a variety of activities that foster a sense of belonging and joy among the elderly. These include providing opportunities for senior citizens to enjoy the Ganesh Utsav celebrations through free darshan, empowering women within our community through Mahila Din celebrations, and recognizing the contributions of medical professionals on Doctor’s Day. Additionally, we conduct awareness programs in schools to educate children about the importance of caring for the elderly and hold special camps on Republic Day to promote health and well-being among senior citizens. Our outreach extends to rural areas, where we conduct health camps and provide essential services to the elderly. We also encourage creativity and self-expression through activities such as Chitrakala (art) competitions and Kavya Vachan (poetry recitation) competitions. The festive spirit is brought to life through Diwali celebrations organized specifically for senior citizens within their communities, and we also arrange free picnics, offering a refreshing and joyful experience for the elderly.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Radha Medical Trust stepped up to support the most vulnerable. Recognized as COVID warriors, we provided essential household items to elderly individuals who were unable to leave their homes. Our efforts ensured that they had access to food, medicine, and other necessities during these challenging times, and our commitment was acknowledged with COVID Warrior certificates, symbolizing our dedication to serving those in need.
At Radha Medical Trust, we continue to work tirelessly to improve the lives of senior citizens, ensuring they live with the respect and care they deserve.
